I really do like valentine's day... I have always been somewhat of a romantic, and luckily I married someone who feels the same way. I spent the last week giving Gar some little homemade valentine's everyday to tell him how much I love him. And I was surprised yesterday with a letter from my valentine and a gorgeous necklace! Gar, me, and Charly celebrated by going to Good Wood and having some yummy ribs and then getting Farrs ice cream afterward. It was just a good day.
It amazes us how much our little baby grows everyday! When she was born everyone kept telling us "treasure every single day you have with her because they grow up and change so fast" And we're finding that to become more and more true. Tonight when I was laying my little sweetheart down I just felt this overwhelming love for her. Though I am trying my hardest to treasure this SO FUN stage she is at right now, I find myself day dreaming about getting her ready for school dances, going prom dress shopping with her, cheering her on at her softball games (he he he ;) ) or staying up late some nights to be her shoulder to cry on when she just needs her mom to comfort her because of a rough day at school or work. We love our baby girl.
Right now She-
* Loves snuggling her blanky for naps and at night, she just holds on to it tight and presses it up against her cheek.
* Has started to Full on giggle and it is the CUTEST thing I've ever heard it melts our hearts.
*Has by far the most unique and cutest yawn...we are still trying to capture it on video, it lasts for like 30 seconds.
* Is starting to be able to hold her own bottle...gets a little tired so she still needs help.
*Goes to bed at 7:00!
*Loves holding her little toys.
*Still loves her bumbo.
*Loves her play gym.
*Is 27 inches long.
*Sucks on her big toe when she is in the tub and while we are changing her ha ha.
*Drools NONSTOP
*When she gets really excited or really scared she does this thing with her arms where she makes them as stiff as a bored and sticks them out to the side of her and leans back.
